Why Rooted in Motion?
After years of training in the local pole community, I wanted to create a studio that focuses on technique, safety, and mindful progression. Rooted in Motion is my vision for a space where students can learn at their own pace, build genuine strength, and discover the joy of pole fitness in a calm, supportive environment.
My teaching approach emphasizes proper technique, safety, and progressive skill building. I'm grateful to the local pole community and studio owners who have supported my journey and helped me grow as both a practitioner and instructor.

My approach focuses on deliberate practice, proper technique, and safe progression. I believe in building a strong foundation first, then progressing at a pace that feels right for each student. Every move is broken down step-by-step, with emphasis on understanding the mechanics and building the necessary strength safely.
